Ongoing outage affecting JANUS corporate services in the Augusta datacenter. This outage affects the following:

  • On premise resources in the Augusta datacenter
  • SonicWALL VPN services
  • Development resources
  • On premise file services
  • CATs
  • Opportunity (JOT)

If you are unable to reset your password or access Office 365 please put in a ticket.
